Horizon is a dialogue between salt water and fresh water stories. Taking inspiration from the remarkable La Perouse coastal headland, and the artist’s connection to fresh water river systems  as a Wiradjuri woman, Horizon poetically considers the meeting point of waters and stories that thread across this continent. With embroidered organza, bronze, wood, and vinyl the suspended work invites audiences to consider the vast horizon of La Perouse’s headland and people, and their own place within these equally vast stories.
